A BLISSFUL Friday Evening Experience🤌🏽✨ Hosted in Newry Dance Theatre Arts, The Mall, Newry, Co.Down

This experience combines breathwork, sound and stillness arranged and facilitated by our co founders Aisling Kavanagh and Kellie Smyth who are both incredibly passionate in guiding you FROM BUSY TO BLISS 💫

Step off the treadmill of stress and distraction for a truly transformative experience that will RELAX YOUR MIND, RENEW YOUR BODY + REVIVE YOUR HEART + SOUL!✨

On this immersive journey each week you shall experience breathwork techniques inspiring your peace and presence in combination with soothing sounds and healing frequencies produced by the Crystal Tone Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Ocean drums  and other therapeutic instruments arranged with the intention of guiding you into a deep state of relaxation! 🤌🏽

A deeply restorative class that  works at a cellular level - massaging and tuning your body, mind and soul to its greatest resonance, bringing about balance, peace, gratitude and vitality for the week ahead☯️💫

🕯️What you will need for class; 

🧘🏽‍♀️Yoga Mat (DM us if you need one) 

🧣Warm clothing as the body cools when resting (we will be indoors though 🙌🏼) Think fuzzy bed socks, cushion, warm blanket (whatever will make you the most comfortable for lying on your yoga mat)

🕯️As this evening class is a CANDLELIT experience you can bring an eye pillow (some use their beanies)

✏️Pen+paper to journal any thoughts at the end

💦Water to stay hydrated
