You will sign in at 7.30pm by the Moon Gate on Friday 28th July 2023 at Enniskeen Estate & Forest Spa Newcastle Co.Down (next to hotel)

Meander your way down through a lush summer forest. On arrival at our practice location immerse in a restorative Sound Bath (no water involved) wash away your stress with the cosmic vibrations then leave feeling rejuvenated, and your soul inspired by the warmth and wonder

Come on your own or with your tribe, you will be warmly welcomed
Come with your yoga mat, H20, your warm snuggy gear ie blanket, bed socks, beanies (the goal here is to be warm!), an open heart and mind.
