We have designed this 2.5 hour retreat for you to melt away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In this co-created, shared space, you will experience Ecstatic Dance, Yoga, Soulful beats, a Sound Bath (no water involved) and an Ayurvedic Ritual in nature. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, inspired, empowered and nourished by the warmth + wonder. .

Come on your own or with your girl gang, you will be warmly welcomed
