You will sign in at 11am on Sunday 13th August 2023 at Enniskeen Estate & Forest Spa Newcastle Co.Down

We have curated this 3 hour retreat for you to melt away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A place where you surrender to a nourishing flow, one where there is no expectation from you. You will be guided by our wonderful team from the moment you arrive.

You will set quiet intentions, then meander your way down through the forest taking in affirmations. You will experience a beautiful walking meditation inspiring your presence.  On arrival at our practice location (by the Tipi overlooking the Shimna River) you will enjoy nourishing teas and plant based treats. We shall then flow into a delicious slow yoga practice alongside some soulful beats. You will immerse in a restorative Sound Bath (no water involved) prior to a beautiful plant based picnic lunch by the Tipi. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, nourished and your soul inspired by the warmth + wonder.
